This is a colossal case of director fraud – worth more than $100 million – that was heard in Court. The Director’s liability was established but the amount of the charge has not yet been finally decided by the Supreme Court. The case is one of the largest liquidation cases known to Israel.

Brief factual background: Dunhill is a conglomerate of four industrial plants built in Be’er Sheva over a total area of 120,000 square meters.
